DAY 01: Arrival / Bangalore
At the airport, you will see that Tree Trunk Travel representative is waiting to give a warm welcome and later he will escort you to your hotel, previously reserved.
After upon arrival in Hotel discuss your tour itinerary with our representative in Lobby and after that our representative will help you to check into formalities.

DAY 02: Bangalore
Morning we will proceed for the city tour. We will visit the Bangalore Fort, various temple of Bangalore and churches. We will visit the Bull Temple, built by Kempe gowda. Late afternoon retun back to hotel.

DAY 03: Bangalore / Mysore (146 Kms) (03 Hrs)
After a leisurely breakfast proceed for the Mysore. Upon arrival check into hotel.
Afternoon proceed for the Mysore city Tour. Visit to Mysore Palace – it is built in Indo – sarcenic style with beautiful domes, arches, turrets, and colonnades. Later visit to Chamundi Hills. We will reached to Chamunda Devi by a 13 km road or by climbing up the 1000 steps laid out by the maharaja in the 17th Century. We will also visit the Brindavan Garden and Mysore Lake.

DAY 04: Mysore / Ooty
After a leisurely breakfast, we will proceed for Ooty. Upon arrival check into hotel
Nestled among some of the most spectacular mountains in Southern India. Ooty is located in the beautiful mountain ranged called the Nilgiris (Blue Mountains). The drive from Mysore to Ooty is this most beautiful drive in world as we will cross the rolling hills covered with dense vegetation, smaller hills and plateaus covered with tea gardens, the eucalyptus trees.
Rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities.

DAY 05: Ooty
After a breakfast, we will visit conoor, one of the most famous hill stations of the Nilgiri Hills by the famous toy train. It was in 1854 that the first plans were drawn to build a mountain railway from mettupalayam to Ooty. This railway is widely regarded as a marvel of engineering. The train itself is a charming blue and cream colours with wooden coaches and has large windows. It is hauled up hills by stream engines, designed and built by the Swiss Locomotive Works.
Following the train ride we will visit Botanical garden, Lamb’s Rock and Ooty Lake.

DAY 06: Ooty /Madurai
After a leisurely breakfast we will drive to Madurai. Upon arrival check into Hotel.
In the evening we will visit the Meenakshi Temple and night ceremony. This is the one of the highlights at Meenakshi Temple, which non-Hindus can see and you really shouldn't miss, is the night ceremony. Every night, an image of Lord Shiva (in the form of Sundareswarar) is carried out from his shrine by temple priests, in procession in a chariot, to his wife Meenakshi's shrine where he'll spend the night. His gold feet are brought out from her shrine, while his chariot is fanned to keep it cool, and a puja (worship) is performed, amidst much chanting, drums, horns, and smoke.

DAY 07: Madurai / Munnar
Morning we will proceed for the city tour. We will visit Meenakshi Temple, Thirumalai Nayak Palace and Alagar koil. Following the tour we will drive to Munnar enroute visit the countryside of this area.

DAY 08: Munnar
Morning is at leisure to enjoy the beauty of Munnar. Morning we will visit to Chris Church. This was built in 1910 by the British in Munar. Following the tour we will explore the flaura & fauna of Munnar.
Later we will visit the Tea Plantation in Munnar. A fascinating insight into the production of one of the world's most popular drinks can be discovered at the Kundale Tea Plantation. Watch and learn the process of how tea is made starting from the plant you see covering the landscape all the way to the tea cup. Sundays the local planters gather together, making it an ideal time to visit

DAY 09: Munnar / Periyar
Morning drive to Periyar. Morning drive to Periyar. Upon arrival check into Hotel.
Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary lies in the picturesque locales of the Western Ghats in the Idukki district of Kerala. The Periyar Lake, an artificial lake formed due to construction of a dam in 1895 AD adds to the beauty of the park. The lake is a permanent source of water for the wildlife.
Here the high ranges of the Western Ghats are clothed in dense evergreen, moist deciduous forests and savannah grass lands. Below this thick green canopy roam herds of elephants, sambars, tigers, gaurs, lion tailed macaques and Nilgiri langurs.
Evening we will enjoy the boat ride at Lake Periyar. This is most enjoyable part of seeing the wildlife around the lake in a boat. From the safety of a boat you can witness herds of wild elephants coming down to water and swim.

DAY 10: Periyar
Following the breakfast, we will proceed for the short trek inside the forest. We will get to see the different wildlife of Periyar in this park.

DAY 11: Periyar / Alleppey / Houseboat
Morning drive to Alleppey to embark the Houseboat.
Alleppey houseboat is the only medium to explore the scenic beauty of the backwaters, which are mesmerizing and offers you treat to the eyes. The houseboat in Alleppey slowly floating over the scenic backwater takes you to the world of wonderments passing through the scintillating natural beauty, terrific churches and emerald green paddy fields that offers sight that one can hardly forget.

DAY 12: Houseboat / Allepey / Cochin
Morning disembark from Houseboat and drive to Cochin. Upon arrival check into hotel.
Evening Kathkali Dance: Evening we will visit the Kathkali Dance. Kathkali dance is the one of most famous dance performance in Kerala. Kathakali draws its theme from the wealth of Indian mythology and folklore. Expressions of face and eyes hold the key to perfection. Unique among the Indian dance forms, Kathakali ranks high among the Indian dance forms. Noted for its archaic costumes, weird make up, the elaborately painted faces often mistaken for masks and grand headgears, Kathakali is perhaps the only dance form in India in which the masculine aspect of the dance is preserved in its elemental vigor.

DAY 13: Cochin
This day, designed as per our Kerala itinerary, will begin with sightseeing in the historic city, Kochi. As we take you on an expedition into the city you will come across various interesting sights such as Jewish Synagogue (closed on Saturday) built in 1568. when the Jews settled in Mattancherry, after their expulsion from Rahabi, who built a clock tower and paved the floor synagogue with hand painted willow pattern tiles brought from China, Mettacherry Palace (Closed on Friday)- built by the Portuguese in the middle of the 16th century, This structure was taken over in 1663 by the Dutch, who added some improvements before presenting it to the Rajas of Cochin.
The rajas also made more improvements. This palace is notable for some of the best mythological murals in India, particularly in the bed chambers. In that room one can see the entire story of Ramayana on the walls. The palace also contains rare examples of traditional Kerala flooring, which looks like polished black marble but is actually a mixture of burned coconut shells, charcoal, lime, plant juices and egg whites.
St. Francis Church which is the landmark in the Fort Kochi. Fort Cochin, this Church was originally dedicated to Santo Antonio, the patron Saint of Portugal. It was built by the Portuguese in 1510.
