Kanyakumari

For the tourists, Kanyakumari is a fascinating place and is also referred as cape Comorin or the end of India. The place is located in the state of Tamilnadu and is named after the goddess Kanya Kumari. This is the southern peninsula and from here, one can also see the cardamom hills. One can also find the statue of Thiruvallauvar, the greatest poet of Tamilnadu and famous for the book called Thirukurral. One can also find the rock memorial dedicated to Swami Vivekananda.
