DETAILED ITINERARY

Day -01: Delhi / Mathura
At the local address / hotel, The Tree Trunk Travel representative will met you and handover you the travel document.
Later we will proceed to Mathura. Upon arrival check into hotel.
Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day -02: Mathura / Agra
Morning we will enjoy the Holi festival. Later afternoon, we will proceed to Agra. Upon arrival check into hotel.
Evening, we will visit the Moonlight Garden also known as Mehtab Bagh. The places is situated on the opposite side of the Yamuna River. The Garden was built by the Emperor Babur. This is the best place to visit the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River.

Day -03: Agra
Morning we will visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Taj Mahal is UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the world, Taj Mahal enthralls visitors with its shimmering beauty. Standing proudly on the banks of River Yamuna, with the winding river at back and lush green, landscaped gardens in front, the Taj Mahal leaves one speechless with its ethereal beauty. At sunrise, when it is bathed in the pinkish glow of the rising sun, the Taj Mahal holds your gaze. It is also a great time to take some unforgettable pictures! Later transfer to Hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, we will visit the Agra Fort. For built in red sandstone with its magnificent palaces, halls of public and private audience and the beautiful gardens. This is where Emperor Shah Jahan was kept under house arrest by his third son Aurangzeb and spent the last year of his life viewing the Taj Mahal from across the river Jamuna Afternoon visit to Itmad Ud Daula and Dayal Bagh.

Day 04 : Agra / Delhi / Varanasi (Flight)
Morning drive to Delhi to board the flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival at airport transfer to hotel.
Afternoon we will visit the Sarnath Temple. Later excursion to Sarnath, 10kms & East of Varanasi, is the place where Buddha chose to deliver his first sermon. The celebrated Mantra, 'Buddham Sharanam Gachhami', owes its origin to Sarnath. On the day before his death Buddha included Sarnath along with Lumbini, Bodh Gaya and Kushinagar as the four places he thought to be sacred to his followers. It makes Sarnath one of the most venerated Buddhist places.

Day 05: Varanasi
Morning we will start our day with sunrise boat ride at river Ganges. Later come back to the hotel for the breakfast. After the breakfast we will explore the Old Varanasi and take the real taste of Old city.
We will start our tour to seeing the BHU University. Later we will visit the Bharat Mata Temple. Durga Temple and the several Ghats of Varanasi.

In this evening we will enjoy the sunset boat ride and evening aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. A group of priests daily in the evening at this ghat perform "Agni Pooja" (Worship to Fire) wherein a dedication is made to Lord Shiva, River Ganga (the Ganges), Surya (Sun), Agni (Fire), and the whole universe. Special aartis are held on Tuesdays and on religious festivals.

Day -06: Varanasi / Delhi (Flight )
Morning transfer to airport to board the flight to Delhi. Meeting and assistance upon arrival at airport and transfer to Hotel.
